Terms and Conditions

1. Definitions

  • Accommodation: The house or apartment being rented for the short stay holiday is 99 Cresswick Parade Dalmeny NSW.
  • Guest: The person(s) occupying the Accommodation for the short stay holiday.
  • Host: The owner or authorized representative of the Accommodation.
  • Occupancy Period: The dates and times confirmed for the Guest’s stay in the Accommodation.

2. Booking and Payment

  • Guests must be at least 18 years old to make a booking and must occupy the Accommodation during their stay.
  • Bookings must be made through the email contact and confirmed by the Host.
  • Full payment for the Occupancy Period is due 2 weeks prior time of booking.
  • Any additional fees, such as cleaning fees or security deposits, will be clearly outlined in the booking confirmation.

3. Check-in and Check-out

  • Check-in and check-out times will be specified in the booking confirmation.
  • Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request and subject to the Host’s approval.
  • The Guest will be responsible for collecting and returning keys to the lock box upon check-in and check-out, unless otherwise arranged with the Host.

4. Occupancy and Conduct

  • The maximum number of Guests allowed in the Accommodation is 12, as specified in the booking confirmation.
  • No additional guests are permitted to stay overnight without prior written consent from the Host.
  • Smoking, illegal drugs, excessive noise, and parties are strictly prohibited.
  • Noise curfew after 10pm and before 7am for the consideration of neighbours.
  • The Guest is responsible for the conduct of all occupants during their stay and must ensure they comply with all house rules and local regulations.
  • Unreasonable noise or disturbance to neighbors may result in termination of the booking without refund.

5. Care of the Accommodation and Property

  • The Guest is responsible for leaving the Accommodation and its contents in a clean and tidy condition.
  • Any damage or loss to the Accommodation or its contents caused by the Guest will be charged to the Guest’s credit card on file or deducted from the security deposit, if applicable.
  • The Guest must report any damage or malfunctions to the Host immediately.
  • Misuse of appliances or equipment may result in additional charges.

6. Cancellations and Refunds

  • Cancellation policies vary. Please refer to the booking confirmation for details.
  • In the event of a cancellation, the Guest may be entitled to a partial or full refund based on the cancellation policy.
  • No refunds will be offered for early departures or unused portions of the booked period.

7. Force Majeure

  • The Host is not liable for any inability to provide the Accommodation due to circumstances beyond their reasonable control, such as natural disasters, power outages, or government restrictions.
  • In such cases, the Guest may be entitled to a full or partial refund at the Host’s discretion.

8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

  • These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of NSW in Australia.
  • Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms and Conditions shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of NSW in Australia.

9. Additional Provisions

  • These Terms and Conditions may be supplemented by additional house rules provided by the Host.
  • The Host reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on the Website and will be effective immediately.
